Emily Muller
About Emily
Emily, a long standing employee of Star Hotels assumed the position as a Director of Star Hope Foundation in 2022.
Emily has held various roles during her 10 years at Star Hotels, working in the retail and support office department.
Emily works closely with the other board members, ensuring the foundation lives up to its values and provides value to the Star Family and local communities. During this time Emily actively helps with organising events bringing the local community together, whilst raising much needed funds to help local families through tough times.
Wayne Patten
About Wayne
Wayne Patten is a Founding Director of Star Hope Foundation Ltd. Wayne has had many varied roles across not-for-profit and community organisations. Wayne’s experience over the last 20 years included being a Director of a successful accounting business on the Sunshine Coast and of recent Director and CFO of Star consolidated Holdings Pty Ltd. In 2019, the Board of Star Hotels Group saw a need to help their team and community members that surrounds their hotels and set up that year. Still to this day, the focus maintains to be on those struggling with mental health and major illnesses. Wayne works closely with the co-ordinator to help deliver results to those in need.
